Hello, nice plugin.
Would be great to create a Wordpress plugin so that you can customize the area used to create the thumbnail when you upload a picture.
At the moment Wordpress use the center of the image but this gives you strange results.

Is there a way to get the preview window to update when using setSelect when jcrop is loaded? Like an onSetselect: showPreview;
